In the unlikely event that a customer tries our products and is not 100% satisfied, they must return any remaining unopened 30-day supply of product(s) in resalable condition within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund (minus shipping if applicable) by following the steps below:

Please Note: "Weekender pHix Sample Packs" are not eligible for a return/refund because they are intended for sampling our products. All sales of "Weekender pHix Sample Packs" are final. 

When your shipment arrives at our facility, your refund will be issued within five (5) business days. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Undelivered Product

If you have received a damaged or defective product, you need to contact us within ten (10) business days from the purchase date. We will issue a call tag for the product and send a replacement with pleasure. Please do not discard any product and/or packaging from the shipment until instructed by customer service in writing. We will inspect the undesirable product upon receipt.

In the event a shipment does not arrive at the address specified for the order or your order is incomplete, you must report to Customer Service that the product was not received. We ask that these reports are made within ten (10) business days from the purchase date.
